Gamerbloo is a platform designed to empower creators of all kinds, including those who create adult or “Not Safe For Work” (NSFW) content. We believe in creative freedom and open expression, but we also have a responsibility to maintain a safe and legal environment for our users. This NSFW Content Policy outlines what types of content are permitted on Gamerbloo and what types are strictly prohibited.

  1. Mission & Philosophy

Gamerbloo’s mission is to provide a platform where creators can share their work, connect with fans, and earn a sustainable income, free from unnecessary censorship. We believe that adult content, when created and shared responsibly and legally, is a valid form of artistic expression. However, we have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content and content that endangers or exploits individuals.

  1. Definition of NSFW Content

For the purposes of this policy, “NSFW” content is defined as any material that contains:

  • Nudity (full or partial).
  • Sexual themes or depictions.
  • Mature language.
  • Graphic violence or gore.
  • Horror elements.
  1. Allowed Content Examples

Gamerbloo welcomes a wide range of NSFW content, including but not limited to:

  • Adult art (illustrations, paintings, digital art, comics).
  • Adult photography.
  • Adult animations and videos.
  • Indie games with mature themes.
  • Visual novels with mature themes.
  • VR/AR experiences with mature themes.
  • AI-generated content that adheres to these guidelines.
  1. Prohibited Content Categories (Zero Tolerance)

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Gamerbloo and will be removed immediately. Accounts that post such content will be subject to suspension or permanent ban.

  • Illegal Content:
    • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
    • Content depicting or promoting non-consensual sexual acts.
    • Content that promotes violence or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
    • Content that depicts or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to illegal drug use.
  • Harmful Content:
    • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
    • Content that constitutes harassment, doxing (revealing someone’s private information), or threats of violence.
  • Copyright Infringement:
    • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Scam/Spam Content:
    • Fraudulent schemes, phishing attempts, or excessive spam.
  1. Content Tagging & Labeling Requirements

All creators who upload NSFW content to Gamerbloo are required to accurately tag and label their content. This is essential for protecting users who may not wish to see such material.

  • Mandatory Tags: All NSFW content must be tagged with “NSFW” or “Adult Content.”
  • Specific Warnings: Additional warnings must be used for content that contains:
    • Violence
    • Gore
    • Explicit sexual acts (even if consensual and legal)
    • Other potentially disturbing themes.
  1. Age Gating & Verification

Access to NSFW content on Gamerbloo is restricted to users who are of legal age.

  • Users attempting to access NSFW content will be required to verify their age. This may involve providing a date of birth or using a third-party age verification service.
  • Attempting to bypass age restrictions is a violation of this policy.
  1. Reporting & Moderation

Gamerbloo relies on its community to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.

  • Users can report content that they believe violates this NSFW Content Policy.
  • Gamerbloo will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include:
    • Issuing warnings to creators.
    • Temporarily suspending accounts.
    • Permanently banning accounts.
    • Removing content that violates this policy.
  • Gamerbloo may utilize human moderators and potentially AI-assisted moderation tools to enforce this policy.
  1. Transparency

Gamerbloo is committed to transparency in its content moderation practices. We will make reasonable efforts to explain why certain content has been removed. However, due to legal and privacy considerations, we may not be able to provide specific details in all cases.
